Having served as the vice president of organizational development at Modus Hotels, she played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and creating a culture of growth, collaboration and excellence. One notable highlight in Maryalice's career was developing and implementing a hospitality and tourism management program in Honduras. This initiative demonstrated her commitment to empowering local communities and enhancing their tourism infrastructure, ultimately creating sustainable economic opportunities for the area.
Maryalice holds a master's degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University and is published in the International Journal of Servant Leadership.
