Anne Bailey

Anne Bailey is Vice President, Platform – Investment Operations at QED Investors. She is responsible for building and running the operating platform that supports QED’s investment team, working closely with finance and QED Central to ensure consistency, data integrity, and effective execution across the firm. She also provides direct support to partner, global head of early stage investments, Bill Cilluffo.

Anne brings a broad background in business management and operations, with experience across sports media, technology, real estate, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining QED, she ran and successfully turned profitable a local gym during the pandemic—an experience that sharpened her operational judgment and reinforced the importance of adaptability and disciplined execution.

Anne is an alumna of the University of Virginia. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering for the Wahoos, traveling, concerts and spending time with her daughters.
